Starter Package

$200/mo.

Perfect for the young entrepreneur looking to start their business, but not yet ready for the more in-depth information. Our accountant will set you up with a basic QuickBooks account and advise your primary administrator on how to use it. We leave the transaction categorization to you for now so you can learn the ropes, but we are always here to help! Finally, we will reconcile up to 2 bank accounts and do a final review of your books every month to make sure your money is where it should be.

Growth Package

$400/mo.

Ideal for startups or developing businesses. We set up a QuickBooks Plus account and manage it for you. Our accountant will categorize your transactions for you and help with payables and receivables tracking. On top of that, we will reconcile up to 4 bank accounts and credit card accounts every month. Finally, we look over your books one more time, just to be sure and provide you with cost management reports on request so you know where your money is being spent.

Premium Package

$600/mo.

For the established company that needs full-coverage bookkeeping and then some. This package includes everything in the Growth Package, plus forecasting and budgeting support. We will also reconcile up to 6 bank accounts and credit cards and give personalized feedback on what you can do to improve and grow your practice.

All plans are subject to a $50 startup fee. This is to cover the initial time and costs of preparing existing accounts or creating and setup for new accounts. This is a one time fee that will be applied to the first invoice received for monthly subscription services and again if there is a lapse in service time greater than 30 days. Monthly subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each service month and are due by the 15th of the following month. Failure to pay by the due date will result on a hold on services and a $45 late fee which must be paid before service will continue. Additional fees may apply should additional services be requested. These will be billed with the next invoice and will be due on the same day. The customer will be notified if additional services will incur additional fees and an estimate will be generated and accepted before service begins.
